We want you to love your JAMZ Network gear. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for a different size or color within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Request a Return: Email us at info@jamznetwork.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within 3 business days with instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
